AusIndustry's customers range from large businesses employing thousands of people and turning over hundreds of millions of dollars in capital cities, country towns and remote areas of Australia - to small businesses, some family, husband and wife teams employing no staff with small turnovers.

Our customers vary as much in their size, shape and geographic dimension as they do in the successes that they produce for Australia.

They all have one thing in common - they are all Australian - developed by Australians - staffed by Australians - and promote the ingenuity of AusIndustry customers.

AusIndustry's continuing commitment to achieving excellence through continuous improvement of our service to current and potential recipients of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research programs is reflected in our Customer Service Charter attached below.

Our Customer Service Charter sets out AusIndustry’s standards for customer service for each program we offer. These standards are shown in the section ‘Customer service timeliness targets’.  

We welcome your comments on how successful we are in achieving these standards – Please submit your comments in feedback.  

To enable us to maintain a high level of customer service, we will:

• monitor and report annually on our performance against the standards set out in this charter
• formally review the standards set out in this charter at least every 2 years and adjust them in light of your comments (the current version is December 2008).
