The TIS business hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Cost of calls to "13" numbers, “1300” numbers, FreeCALL™ 1800 numbers and using VOIP
Calls from your home phone to the AusIndustry "13" number or a to “1300” number from anywhere in Australia are the cost of a local call. Local call charges may vary depending upon the telephone service provider, and mobiles may incur a higher charge.
Calls to "1800" numbers from your home phone are free. Calls from a public phone and mobiles may be timed and charged at a higher rate.
"13" numbers may not be available from VOIP services, please see your service provider for more information. If your VOIP service is unavailable you can also try using a land line.
