To play a presentation, you need to have a PowerPoint viewer installed on the computer. If you do not have the necessary software installed, you can download Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer free of charge from the Microsoft website.
Windows Media Player

A standard for playing multimedia files of various formats (MP3, WAV, MPEG, WMV etc.) which have been optimised for delivery via electronic means.
To play an audio or video file, you need to have a media player installed on the computer. If you do not have the necessary software installed, you can download Microsoft Windows Media Player free of charge from the Microsoft website.
