EPBS applications lodged and approved before 30 April 2010 will continue to be administered under the old administrative guidelines.
The EPBS Policy and Administrative Guidelines set out terms, policies, and administrative criteria that applicants should refer to when applying for a tariff duty concession under EPBS.
The EPBS is underpinned by Item 71 of Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995.
