Upon completion of a Textile, Clothing and Footwear Small Business Program project, a final report and an independent auditor's statement verifying expenditure must be submitted. The report must be submitted within 6 weeks of project completion.
A sample template for the final report and independent auditor's statement is attached below. Applicants should use the Word fill-able application form which may be obtained from the AusIndustry Hotline by emailing the hotline@ausindustry.gov.au or by calling the Hotline on 13 28 46.
