Program Status: The Innovation Investment Fund (IIF) program is open for applications.
Applications for IIF Round 3 Tranche 4 close 7:00pm local time 2 July 2012. Application is by electronic SmartForm available after a One-on-One meeting.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend an Information Seminar. The two hour Information Seminars present:
- An overview of the IIF program
- The IIF merit criteria
- The IIF assessment process
- The IIF application SmartForm.
Immediately following each Information Seminar, AusIndustry staff will be available for a limited number of half hour One-on-One meetings to discuss commercial-in-confidence issues with potential applicants.
To register for a One-on-One meeting, please email IIF3@innovation.gov.au. Registration for the One-on-One meetings will close prior to each Information Seminar. Places are limited.

Description: The IIF program is a venture capital program that supports new innovation funds and fund managers with expertise in early-stage venture capital investing. It co-invests with private sector investors in venture capital funds to grow early-stage companies to commercialise the outcomes of Australia's strong research capability.

Provision of Due Diligence Services: Suitably qualified organisations are invited to submit a tender for technical due diligence services for IIF Round 3 Tranche 4 in 2012.
Tenders must be lodged electronically using AusTender. All documentation and instructions for lodging an application are available on AusTender.
Tenders close on Friday 30 March 2012 3:00 pm (ACT Local time).
