Description: The competitive Pre-Seed Fund for universities and public sector research agencies addresses the gap between promising scientific discoveries and commercialisation. It assists the commercialisation of public sector R&D activities by further developing the management and entrepreneurial skills of public sector researchers and build links with the finance and business community.
